It's up to slacker cops Jacky Cheung (Tiger Cage) and Ricky Hui (The Inspector Wears Skirts) to silence the unquiet dead once more.

Owing more to comedies like The Shadow Boxing and Mr. Vampire than anything Wong went on to make, The Haunted Cop Shop is nevertheless a lot of wicked fun, filled with the bad-taste humor that Hong Kong filmmakers do so well. Stylishly directed by Jeff Lau (The Eagle Shooting Heroes), this is a superior slice of supernatural silliness.
