Hi-Hello the Flying Turtle has been poking around the edges of the New York comics scene since the early 2000s. Conceived and illustrated by local creative, David Isaacs, Hi-Hello (a turtle with wings?) is a diverse character on a journey of self-discovery, and brimming with the same questions we all share; Who am I? What's out there? How can I make a difference?

Told in a splash page, storytelling narrative, the Totally Awesome Origin of Hi-Hello the Flying Turtle is a modern day fable, full of big adventures and sweet moments. The odyssey is just beginning.

Hi-Hello the Flying Turtle's goal is to generate awareness and resources to sea turtle rescue and provide a channel to support this keystone, loveable creature.

David Isaacs, a native New Yorker, has been drawing and collecting comics since before Forbidden Planet was on the other side of Broadway. David started up the dynamic package design/branding studio, EYE6 Productions and, for a decade, served as Executive Creative Producer & Creative Director for Edelman Public Relations. He is currently in production on Hi-Hello the Flying Turtle book 2, Year of the Dragon.
