Ordering
We will make every attempt to ship your order straight away in the order in which it was received. In the unlikely event of an unavailable item being purchased you will be informed immediately, in stock items shipped to you, and your credit card will be refunded the balance.

There is no minimum or maximum order.
All single issue, standard-size comic books ship bagged and boarded unless otherwise requested upon checkout.
Shipping
Forbidden Planet USA ships out of New York City. Shipping fees vary depending on carrier, distance, and weight and are calculated at checkout. This site is currently only equipped to ship within North America, Ireland, France, Spain, Greece, Germany, Italy, Japan, Argentina, and The United Kingdom but we will be expanding our international shipping throughout 2010. For international order assistance please email us at sales@fpnyc.com or call 212-420-8579 (Mon-Fri 12-5pm EST).
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. If you'd like to arrange another carrier, or wish to use your own account numbers for either UPS, please inform us at checkout. Please contact us if you would like to use a different carrier. If your purchases are damaged in transit please keep the packaging as we will need it to claim insurance.

Returns
In the event you are shipped the wrong item, it can be returned to us at our expense. Defective items may also be returned to us, postmarked within ten days of your receipt of them. They will be replaced as quickly as possible. Should you return a defective item and we are unable to replace it, you will be refunded. Apparel may be exchanged for another size only. All returned merchandise must be with its original packaging and a copy of your receipt from Forbidden Planet USA. Shipping costs on any returns for reasons other than incorrect items are the responsibility of the customer. Only Items purchased from ForbiddenPlanet USA can be returned.
