The Black Biker of Ikebukuro, gliding along the dark streets on her pitch-black motorcycle, may take on any number of delivery jobs, but Celty's objective remains fixed on one single task: recovering her severed head. The dullahan of Irish lore has sensed her head in Tokyo, but even she has made little progress finding it. Meanwhile, the color gangs of Ikebukuro are dealing with a newcomer even more mysterious than the Black Biker: the colorless gang known as the Dollars has the usual thugs fearful and uneasy!
