Agents Sydney Bristow and Marcus Dixon are on the trail of international drug lord David Lowell, creator of a mind-control drug called Sway. The agents go undercover as dealers, but things don't go as planned. Sydney is forced to ingest a dose of Sway and is commanded to turn on her APO counterparts.
